A Little About Me...

I graduated from Marist College in 2020 with B.A. in Media Studies and Production with a concentration in Film and Television and a minor in Creative Writing.

I am proficient in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Bridge, and After Effects, as well as being Avid Certified in Media Composer version 8.6 as of January 2019. I am also familiar with a studio environment thanks to Marist’s television club, which gave me access to a fully functioning studio, where I produced a television show through that same club. Most recently, I have received my UAS Remote Pilot Drone License in August of 2021.

As a Marist student, I had multiple opportunities to participate in hands-on experiences and internships. One of these opportunities was being a team member in a 24-hour film competition as part of the Lake Placid Film Forum in New York State. There, our team was able to achieve awards for "Best Film", "Best Actor", "Best Actress", as well as "Audience Choice" for our film, "Child's Play".

During my time as a student at Marist, I had the chance to work at The Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum's Pare Lorentz Film Center as the editor for video content. At the Film Center, I worked with the Library and Museum to produce and edit content for them to display and distribute. I also had the opportunity to intern with J6 MediaWorks, a video production company local to the Hudson Valley. There, I assisted in production on set, as well as daily tasks in the office, such as editing.

After graduation, I returned to Marist College as a full-time employee in the Marketing and Communication Office as the Senior Assistant Director of Digital Content Production, producing and editing photo/video content for the college's social media accounts, website, and other marketing materials. As of December 2022, I also completed a feature length documentary "Monson Strong: A Small-Town Tornado Story" about how a small Massachusetts town overcame the destruction of an EF-3 tornado. The documentary has received multiple awards in film festivals across the country and around the world.

I currently work at Alarm.com in Tysons, Virginia as a Video Production Specialist. There I film and edit various launch videos, trade show display loops, testimonials, event coverage, among other videos.
